Financial planning process

From initial meeting, to annual review, we are committed to helping you!
Learn about our financial planning process here.

Our five step financial planning process enables us to develop personalised strategies to help plan for your future.

Step One – Initial Meeting

Your initial meeting is complimentary.

Within this meeting, we ask you questions in order to gain an understanding of your current situation, goals, needs and aspirations. We also provide you with a brief on our business and the services we offer, and we explain it all in terms you can understand.
Once we have a clear understanding of your needs and requirements, we will then be able to outline the costs involved.

Step Two – Strategy development and Plan Preparation

Now it’s time for us to analyze your personal situation. Depending on your needs and objectives, we may look at your assets, liabilities, insurance needs, investments or your risk profile.

From here, we develop our strategies and document them in a ‘Statement of Advice’ outlining our recommendations and the reasoning behind them.

Step Three – Plan Presentation

Now it’s time to present your ‘Statement of Advice’; we thoroughly explain our recommendations and answer any questions you may have.
Then, if you are happy to proceed with our recommendations, we will go on to complete the necessary applications and paperwork.

Step Four – Strategy Implementation

This is the exciting part - the part where it all comes together!

The relevant applications are submitted, and we continue to update you until everything has been implemented for you to perfection.

Step Five – Review

Now that all of our recommendations have been implemented, we set a date for your annual review. This special date will ensure that we review your plan and policies on an annual basis to ensure you’re still in the best position you can be.

This is not the only time we will talk though! - We are here and happy, to assist you with your financial requirements at any time.
